e-Types nomineret til INDEX:

The e-Types designed Amgross Medilabel Safety System has now reached the finals in the largest design award in the world – the INDEX:Award 2009. The award is dedicated to change global mindsets by showing and exploring how design can improve life.

The Medilabel Safety System© is designed to prevent medication errors in hospitals.

The new labels are already in use in hospital dispensaries in the Danish health sector and in 2008 more than 1,290,000 medical products were produced with the new labels.

The Index:Award 2009 prize amounts to an impressive € 500.000 and will be presented in Copenhagen in August 2009.
