Management by Stories
3. oktober 2008
I år holdes det årlige storytelling seminar på Koldinghus. Denne gang med indlæg fra tidligere leder v. Verdensbanken Stephen Denning og historiefortæller Svend-Erik Engh.
The topic of this annual Corporate Storytelling Seminar is Management by stories. We will focus on storytelling, leadership and internal communication. Our guest speaker – the former World Bank Manager Stephen Denning – will give a speech on storytelling as the secret language of leadership. We have also invited storyteller Svend-Erik Engh who will give us concrete examples on how to go about using storytelling as a tool of communication. Apart from these two professional speakers, researchers will provide an academic view on storytelling, leadership and internal communication. The program will be out shortly.
