Kontrapunkt, an international design and brand agency specialized in large-scale identity programmes, is looking for a high calibre account manager to develop international clients’ design and brands from conceptualization to final product.

Required
 skills

• Ability to develop long-lasting and trust-based client relationships at senior levels
• Personal drive to reach the best result – understanding the value of uncompromising
ideas for the client
• Challenging the client and the team – being prepared to ‘say no’, if things are developing in the wrong direction
• Writing strategic and creative briefs and giving high-impact presentations to demanding audiences
• Strong project management skills – taking responsibility for delivering quality outputs on time and to agreed budgets
• Fertilizing the creative output and process while leaving the creative responsibility to others

Background

A typical candidate will have an academic background (e.g. marketing, communications, etc.) combined with several years of working experience, possibly abroad in a leading international brand consultancy or agency.
