Foredrag & diskussion: Outsourcing Relationships

DDA har påbegyndt et samarbejde med Trellis for at sætte fokus på outsourcing. I den forbindelse inviteres medlemmer af DDA til foredrag og diskussion d. 25. august 2010 kl. 15.00-18.00 i Gorrissen Federspiels lokaler på H.C. Andersens Boulevard 12.

Please join us for the IAOP (International Association of Outsourcing Professionals) Nordic chapter's next meeting. Sabine Madsen and Keld Bødker from Roskilde University will present their research on building outsourcing relationships at the operational level. The talk is based on a case study of a large Danish organization operating an offshore development centre in India.

The research results are summarized in the form of four strategies that middle managers can use to steer performance in the desired direction and to reflect upon the effectiveness of the portfolio of relationship management practices.

Following the presentation, we will hold a panel discussion on outsourcing relationships.

Participating in the panel discussion will be:

• Jens Nielsen, Head of Outsourcing at Nordea Bank Danmark
• Peter Ankerstjerne, Sr. Vice President at ISS A/S
  

 

The discussion will be moderated by Torben Pedersen from the Center for Strategic Management and Globalization at CBS.

The purpose of the group is to foster knowledge sharing and networking among outsourcing decision-makers and practitioners in the Nordic region.
